am w/ you

i am programmed (w/o aid of rude alarm clocks)

3:30 / 4:30 or 5:30am wake up, depending on when i went to sleep, what i was thinking about when fell a sleep, what needs doing that matches my enthusiasm

6:00-11:00am high productivity on anything requiring thinking / writing / calculating, and if nothing doing, catch up on admin, in any case w/ fruits and drinks (green tea is usual, starbuck's frapucino if i deserve to be rewarded)

11:30am walk about, for errands or whatever

12:00 / 12:30 noon light lunch usually

1:30-2:00 / 2:30 / 3:00 doze, nap, or super nap, depending on when i woke up in the am, but no alarm intervention unless have meeting

2:00 / 2:30 / 3:00 - 6:00pm administration, read, goof off, or play w/ the kids

6:30pm dinner

7:00pm read

8:00 / 9:00 / 10:00 - sleep

sleep 8-9 hours per 24 hours usually. sleep is delicious. naps are supreme.

near impossible to get me away from the neighborhood for dinner and such on weekends, and very difficult on weekdays. am always enthusiastic for boyz gatherings, but almost always leave for home immediately after dinner completion.
