Roebear, Thanks for asking. The Winter annual meeting probably came down from the previous CEO and management. The Anderson's most probably didn't want anyone to come to the annual meeting, so they had it in the worst of all months for the California foothills. (unless you're a skier)

Actually, it's a good deterrent for any company that doesn't want people to show up at the meeting.

If you think its a good idea, maybe we should bug them.
