One thing I can't figure, if the iPad mini is a low margin product at $329, as they said in the CC, how is Amazon doing the Kindle and Google doing the Nexus 7 at such lower prices? I'm a little baffled by the margin guidance... Yes it's a huge refresh and you have the usual yield issues, but still is there some component or labor cost pressure in there? Samsung maybe?

I feel like there is a piece missing from the puzzle.
