Then there's Melissa Officinalis. Good old Linnaeus had a way with words. Some you can even pronounce!
Swedes are capable of pronouncing things that ordinary humans cannot.

I speak Swedish without an accent, but I wouldn't recommend most people trying that. You could sprain your tongue.

For fun, go to translate.google.com, select English to Swedish, then type the number "7." Once you have the translation, which obviously won't look any different, click the button to hear it pronounced.

Then try typing in "Seven seasick sailors in a sinking ship." Listen to what that sounds like.
