telebob, No I am NOT saying that insiders sold. The company has apx 20 million total outstanding shares. There were only about 2 million in the float before the 504k financing and now the float is apx 7 million.

Alexander Wescott handled the 504k financing. It might be a good idea if you call them at (888) 776-8384. They would likely have more of the details.

This is an issue that has been previously addressed. If you read the thread you will likely find most of the information to answer your questions.
