It appears that MK just stepped over a boundary that he should not have. It appears from my conversation that yes, RMIL filed the suit against Barons/Nelson's. No RMIL does not know of a countersuit, and no Bancentro (sp) has not taken over any properties or operations in that country, or this one for that matter. As usual them there nays have stepped up and showed their lack of DD abilities. This one may cost the MK man a suit himself. Not from me, but maybe RMIL and it's shareholders! Very late for dinner! RG
