This is the answer I received from the company today. No much news but I did not expect any really.

Hi Dusty -

I did receive your fax message. Yes, Pinnacle Micro is still trading on
NASDAQ. The "E" was added to the end of our symbol by NASDAQ as we were
late with the filing of our third quarter results.

We have filed the third quarter, you should be able to find our Form
10-Q on the SEC's website, sec.gov - search for
Pinnacle Micro.

developments through our news releases and filings.
