Patrice,

Insiders still hold 11.8 million shares of MCRE common ( 50% insider ownership). So the insdeir selling during the last quater works out to 1.4% of their holding. Given mergers and acquisitions during that period, this much selling is negligible, IMHO. Maybe more telling is the fact that they held onto 98.6% of their shares despite the bad tech market decline we witnessed in Oct/Nov.
I don't want to sound pollyannaish ( I bought in at 14.75 ) but let's look at MCRE from the fundamental viewpoint. The company has no debt and 2.25 in cash ( current ratio of 7.5 ! ) At today's closing price of 11.75, subtracting cash portion the stock is selling at 14.5 times next yr's estimated .66 eps. This for a company expected to grow at 30-40% for the next 5 years. MCRE is undervalued at this level. The sizzle part - what could happen in regard to Intel/ Real3D/ RTG deal in setting 3D graphic standard - is not included at the current price at all. Let's see what happen during the January effec - especially if MCRE beat analysts' estimate again. Best wishes for long term MCRE holders.
