The Dell'Oro report to which you are referring is the thrid quarter of 97. COMS x2 was operational whereas, 56K Flex was not. I believe you will see a shift in the 4th quarter with ASND getting back to where they were as far as market share is concerned. The 56 Flex now does work. The market share loss to ASND is really due to Rockwell. Glenn, I guess its ashame Ascend doesn't make modems? As, that it now seems thats all 3Com does? The people I talked to at Ascend portrayed them to me as modem makers? Jeff
