It is tough to stomach the fact that I will need to advise her to keep dodging hospital bills, or get pregnant so she can qualify for Medicaid.

Neither is a good option. Hospitals have forgiveness programs for those in need. There is no shame in being poor or needy. There is no need for extremes like intentional pregnancy.

I have no idea what the future brings with Romney. I have heard him say that pre-existing must be covered, as will children up to 26. I don't have it in writing.

As you say that you have found out, your daughter has received good care in the hospital. I prefer to pay the hospitals with my taxes for emergency needed care, rather than foot the bill for millions of freeloaders that choose NOT to work and pay.

I wish you well, and hope your daughter recovers fully and apologize for coming across as cruel. It was not intended that way. Life really sucks most of the time, and we all have been there.

Obamacare makes my blood boil, especially when I just discovered the other day that millions of medicaid children will now be entitled to dental care under it. I was never told that by anybody. I can accept the needs of the children, but why is it hidden from the payers?
