Trader Dave,

I think that Rick Shrelund is a fantastic contrary indicator. In the beginning of 1996, he said that Netscape would provide MSFT with huge problems and we know where MSFT and NSCP is. Late last year, he said the same thing about ORCL that he is saying now, and that was a great buying opportunity.

As well as picking bottoms, he also picks tops. Beginning of 1997 he liked Remedy Corp(RMDY) when it was 50,it has done nothing since his recommendation.

I am not saying that this is a great ORCL buying opportunity, but you never know....
