Sylvester,
what Obama did was NOT a miracle. It's very easy for a government to run massive deficits and print money in the short run to pump heroin into a heroin addict. That sure does feel good, but it kills the body over the longer run. We're killing the US economy. More people than ever are on welfare and food stamps. More people than ever are leaving the workforce discouraged, because they can't find work. More than ever are in part time jobs or jobs earning far less than their experience should earn them. The Unemployment Rate is not coming down because of net new jobs created, but mostly because discouraged workers are quitting. We're not creating enough new jobs to keep pace with new workers joining the work force. Prices of food and key goods are up 100% and more since 2008 as the Fed's money printing drives up the cost of living and destroys the wealth of the savers in this country.

Corporate investment is down and they are hoarding cash or keeping it overseas. Corporate outlook for the future is bleak. All the world's major economies, also engaged in currency devaluation, are in massive slowdowns, globally, synchronously.

Deficit spending and printing money is not a solution and it is not miraculous. It is a death wish. The miraculous thing would have been if Obama had been the kind of leader that could have brought two parties together to face the harsh reality that we need to get our finances in order, balance the budget through higher taxes and lower spending, enforce our existing laws, put banker criminals in jail, reign in a rogue Federal Reserve's monetary excesses, and prepared the nation for a contraction of spending back to what is sustainable and affordable.

But we don't live in a country where people believe it is theft to steal from our kids and grand kids. Instead, you all think that it's the miracle of modern economics that makes theft ok. It's not only a failure of intellect, but it's also a moral failure, and you all are guilty of it.

Stop stealing from my children and their children. I am willing to sacrifice to ensure a better future for our kids. You should be too.
