Let us hope TER is just testing its recent low of 30. If it falls below 30, we are headed for 25. Irrespective of reassurances from TER concerning impact of Asia, it is obvious street does not believe them. Street always overreacts, and that is what is happening here. But even a strong Q4 will not likely satisfy the concerns about 1998 and 1999. Yeadon
