You are right, lion, its not hapenning. Yet.

It may someday, however. At any rate, your argument is absurd. If the market as a whole placed any credibility on Maxam's claims, this would not be a 60 cent stock. The investors in this company are well aware that the world is skeptical of Maxam's promises.

Surely you can do better than point out the obvious.
