Wiz,sometimes, i do quite well listening to my guts. then other times I do the totally wrong thing and then you will get laugh out of this one. I do what my gut instinct tells me but market behaves the opposite so I tell myself I admit I made a mistake and I quickly move to correct myself. FINALLY, market does what my first instincts told me because market is sometimes slow to react to certain info etc. I give up, one of these days, I will realize what Frank has known all along. Stop figuring out and kick back. I have found a pref stock $25.11 and a bond both gives approx 8.26% with a guranteed return of principal. I am thinking of putting atleast tution money for 2 kids in a safe place. I am slow to act. so i will do it after the earning reports of the companies are out next year.
