Frankly I'm still not certain we have the full story, but if it is, it's still a lot of money if T-DM1 is as successful as it should be. IMGN's long term value has always been in it's pipeline. It's taking longer to develop than almost everyone I know thought it would, but it's still a very broad and deep pipeline and if IMGN remains independent, some day it should be one of the giant Biotech's.
