Came across this just now. Someone wondered why the big drop with the news of the 10% increase in OPEC production, They also did not think it would make a big difference. This excerpt would seem to re-iterate that viewpoint.

"Many members of the group (OPEC) were already exceeding their individual quotas, so actual production will not increase by that much.
OPEC exports more than a third of the world's oil."

Well, I feel the same way, It doesn't SEEM like it should matter.
