It is ironic that I read your post right after the SF Giants won the World Series and thinking that some of the FOX News anchors saying " Oh shit, the gays from SF just won" These morons will say anything and do anything to denigrate folks like Nate Silver including calling him effeminate, gay etc. they should look at history and not forget that "Power speaks through the barrel of a gun." Oh by the way, It is the Second Amendment I am talking about. The irony of course is that Nate's initial claim to fame is baseball: Nathaniel Read "Nate" Silver (born January 13, 1978) is an American statistician, sabermetrician, psephologist, and writer. Silver first gained public recognition for developing PECOTA, [2] a system for forecasting the performance and career development of Major League Baseball players, which he sold to and then managed for Baseball Prospectus from 2003 to 2009. [3] He's been a baseball nut since he was a kid.........not that gays can't be into sports but it kind of detracts from the effeminate meme. BTW kudos on the Giant's win.
