Romney will find his bearings, if he gets to office. The challenger never has as much information as the incumbent on foreign policy. That's significant disadvantage.

My concern, MM, is that his bearings lie with the 17 out of 24 FP folk he recruited from Bush W....the MIC is chomping at the bit to go to war......if they do, all financial projections become invalid?
