FL and NC are the only swing states where Romney claims 48% or more right now; sounds like a simple margin of error tie where Romney has 46-47% but those numbers are the averages of dozens and dozens of polls in the swing states. The margins get entrenched.

OTOH, HP flips a state when the probabilities go under 90%. It will be a big surprise if Obama can grab NC a second time around.
