I actually took a hand truck the second time.

I would too. Lugging a 27" iMac through a mall isn't my idea of fun...especially if you had to go past a Microsoft store.

The MS store employees have nothing better to do than point and laugh at folks walking by, since they certainly aren't helping any customers.

Can't help customers that don't exist.
