Baloney about the bunch of IOUs. Apparently you never paid payroll taxes or self-employment taxes. SS does not belong in your equation talk.
However, since all the billionaires pay only capital gains taxes, no SS taxes, why not come up with a military tax of say 5% on all these high rollers whose wealth our military is protecting?
