Don, We've had a good debate. I sense that you like the company, but think the stock price is headed south. How far south? The margin part is not so terrible. There was one projection on this thread for 3rd quarter of 16%+/-. However they achieved 18.9% after 2nd qtr. margin of 18.7%. Someone pointed out - rightly I may add - that discounting didn't begin until well within the 3rd quarter, so 4th quarter margin may tell the tale. As for other bookstores not being aggressive, then what are they doing? Are they players or not? I've got 14 bookstores in my favorite places folder. Are they going to wait until after Christmas to become aggressive. Come on, Don, admit it. They're sucking wind!
