Why be so concerned? The stock has been battered so much the downside is limitted and -- due to the emergence of the internet commercial realm -- qdek's technology will become ever more attractive -- both to customers and potentional acquirers in a rapidly consolidating industry.

Me -- I bought 100 shares at 14. If I was more liquid, I would buy 1000 more shares at such low prices. As for quarterly report -- how can it get much worse? It is liable only to get attention -- from the aforementioned suitors and their M&A teams.
