Since the we're well into the official 'offer' why haven't we seen 20? >> as i understand it, the tendering isn't accomplished by selling your shares on the open market. you should receive information from your broker or directly from TXN indicating how to tender your shares and get the $20 per, if that's what you want to do. i just got my paperwork from Schwab today, but have yet to receive any official communication from TXN or AMTX. mark
