What difference does it make whether fiat said CHina or Italy...it is still outsourcing.


Only if you invent a new meaning for "outsourcing". Chrysler is doing this because China has greatly upped the tariffs on SUVs and Jeeps. Which puts them at a competitive disadvantage to the ones produced locally. The US has high tariffs also. Which is why the only foreign SUVs you see are high end luxury models.

You do understand at least the basics of economics?
