Yes I agree with you re these Asian markets. See my comments to Sonki a few posts earlier. I can't help thinking how quickly Mexico's markets and later economy recovered following bailout in March 95. Remember, how it was on again, off again as they argued in Congress, but as soon as deal was done there was no looking back. In the first rally off the lows some stocks rallied almost 100% before the first pullback.

I get the sense that this is about to happen in Korea in very near future and may be a lot of what was behind today's Global rally. Also Japan is looking a lot more consrtructive although I am not yet ready to declare the absolute end of the bear market, this could be the beginning of a sustained upwardly biased move that may or may not turn out to be the pen-ultimate rally before a final plunge to new or lower lows.

I think HK is also capable of joining in a pretty decent Asian bounce.
