AAPL: iPad Mini Reviews Very Favorable Despite Lack of ‘Retina Display’ The reviews are in: Those given iPad mini units following last week’s unveiling by Apple( AAPL) have weighed in this evening with their views. Overall, they seem fairly positive, the only real complaint being the screen resolution is lower than the existing full-size iPad 4, with its “Retina Display,” and lower than competing 7-inch tablets.
