Hi Peter,

Once again we're talking about an Affiliated Person (possibly the same one) and not the kind of mass sell off by a lot of executives that would be considered a warning signal. If you see a ton of insider sales just before earnings it might be a cause for concern. An Affiliated Person dumping a few shares after earnings and before the end of the year is meaningless. Most likely tax related. Pick three or four stocks that trade 300K+ shares a day and have gone up steadily over the last six months. Then check for insider sales going back from around four months. I can almost guarantee that you will find some selling no matter what stock you pick.
