Romney never said he wanted to outright eliminate FEMA.

Asked by moderator John King of CNN whether that would include disaster relief, Romney said: "We cannot afford to do those things without jeopardizing the future for our kids. It is simply immoral, in my view, for us to continue to rack up larger and larger debts and pass them on to our kids."

Read it again...what does that mean to you? If you send disaster relief back to the states and/or private sector...what does that mean other than there is no FEMA anymore? Even his campaign said (lamely) that he was
relying on a faulty bloomberg report when he said that .... understand? They don't deny that's what he meant when he said it...
