COR. Bought back some shares on the dip, after selling almost all in late sept. A safe growth story with a nice dividend and very little debt.

  • CoreSite owns land and buildings sufficient to develop or redevelop 1,006,784 square feet of data center space,
  • Achieved a 91.8% retention ratio.
  • The company's portfolio totals more than two million square feet, serving more than 700 customers.
  • The company is increasing and tightening its 2012 guidance of FFO per diluted share and unit to a range of $1.50 to $1.54 from its prior range of $1.42 to $1.52.
  • CoreSite Data Centers Remain Operational In Wake Of Hurricane Sandy
