I think I would object to owning one simply based on the image of me going around telling people how great my Surface is, or that my Surface is a productivity tool that is both fun and highly functional, or that everyone who has come in and seen my Surface has been completely blown away, or that there has been a steady stream of people interested in trying my Surface, and that fanboys get depressed after looking at my Surface.

I just can't see myself saying that with a straight face.
