Ha! You just changed my mind on EXC. Up to this point they have been steadfast about the dividend. This is a warning shot and I'll take heed. I'm selling and will ask questions later. I'm glad you posted that, I'm behind on my reading. I hate being wishy washy but experience has taught me that once the potential of a dividend cut is mentioned, it usually comes to fruition.
