Microsoft finally bringing Windows Phone to Israel November 2, 2012 \| By Surur wmpoweruser.com With Windows Phone 7 not supporting RTL text, the OS has never had a major presence in the region. Microsoft is set to change this, and on the 5th Steve Ballmer will be coming to the country to announce the arrival of Windows 8, Windows Phone 8 and hopefully their Xbox Live Services there.
