Paychest is Not Playing by the Correct Book

How is it that some seem to think that Paychest is doing everything by the book when it's painfully obvious the company has some issues in following various rules and regulations mandated for public trading companies? If the company is operating by the book then why is there a Cease Trade Order (CTO) placed in BC of Canada, a legal DTC "Chill" in the US, and a reinstated "Yield" sign on Pink Sheets? Clearly Paychest is not following the correct book, unless it's the book on how to issue vague PRs with little to no verifiable information and just enough to entice share sales by the few trusting individuals. How can Paychest expect to produce and market Mibella products if they can't get their house in order, clear up these issues to keep their financiers happy, and concentrate on the task at hand?

The company also has a fiduciary responsibility to be forthright and transparent to the PYCT shareholders. It's obligated to abide by it's own By-Laws. This would include holding an annual shareholder meeting which it has yet to have over the last two years. Why aren't shareholders pushing for the company to commit to having one this year, instead of evidently waiting for some to be determined webcast to occur where questions may or may not be solicited and answered? Seems interesting and unfortunate.
