When has he apologized for the country? Except when it was necessary like the burning of the Koran. But Bush did that too. It wasn't a bad thing then, why now? No, but what he can do is what he did. He sent people and drones over there to find the terrorists. What is the PR downside to that? Your theory doesn't hold water. It would come out, sooner or later.
