Delusions generally are held by an individual.In rare cases two can be involved in a delusion:folie a deux.When more than three believe the same delusion it is called a religion.Many on this board are religious fanatics yet too blind to see.They hang out with their kind,they gloat,they call names,they are self righteous,they believe lies,they expect others to believe the same lies.They are fools but not harmless.Many do not have the cognition to ever figure it out.Some could but like the jihadist are afraid to see where it might lead.There is a lot of excitement,a purpose,a righteousness in being a jihadist.It does away with that empty feeling.They will kill to keep the feeling.They truly care not for others,just the accolades of those like them
