I agree, and wish you could have told that to the pubs we had the blood in the streets fight with to just put 25% away. Hammond and the dem house wanted to put 50% away. And had we taxed like Norway we would have hundreds of billions in the bank now.

<<Putting the government revenue from the industry in to a special fund isn't any more socialist then just spending it right away. Its just a way to manage the money. Its a technique the government uses to handle money it would have anyway.

Taking over the industry would be socialist.
