Surface vs. iPad
Chris Pirillo's really doing a lot of demo of the Surface RT. I just finished watching his lengthy review after linking to it from another reviewer who demonstrated the tremendous lag in Word.

But it seems consistent amongst most reviewers - there is great love of the hardware, but less so for the software. Words like "laggy" and "klugey" kept coming up.

But it's certainly not a death sentence. In fact there seems to be lots of potential here, when Microsoft catches up on the software side. But the device doesn't seem to be a "buy" at this point in time.
