Why are blacks lagging behind?
You tell me. How come the high school dropout rate for Latinos is lower than that of African-Americans, despite the two groups being similar in poverty levels and English not being the first language for most Latino kids?

Nature and nurture, culture and genes. These are topics that even academia tries very hard to avoid because of fears that white racists will exploit them for their own nefarious purposes.

They haven't avoided it........they debunk it as soon as some 'scientist' comes up with his theory as to why blacks are inferior. What's sad is how much you want it to be true.
