the way farming is done in the aussie outbacks can be greatly improved but the locals lack motivation or capital or both

believe team china is buying in, not just of the mining rights and being front run by the likes of yours truly

but of farmland and dairies etc etc

simply voracious

is colonialism great or what? it really works well ;0)
