Greg: I posted abt 1 mo. ago on the main cube thread that I thought it would make perfect strag. sense for Intc to buy Cube.
1. Intc has the cash.
2. Fut. revs from cube would be accretive to intc going forward
3. Intc has brand i.d. "intel inside" ,cube branding its prodts w.
cube logo.
4. Intc would easily jump start entry into business
5. Intc's no's/ margins are not increasing, but w. cube they would be positive. I think the street would pay for the move, or
at least a good portion of the purchase price by adding a couple of $ to intc share price, which would be enough to pay 65.00 or so for cube.
6. Now while intc's main comp. down & cant afford to do it, Intc can, and INHO believe Intc will buy Cube before end of year.
