The "fight" takes place within Congressional delegations. Each Congressman gets a vote within their delegation. The delegation as a whole decides who the state will vote for. Then the House meets as a whole, and each state votes for their candidate.

I don't know what you are looking for. There will be no case of a Congressional delegation bucking their party majority on this. And there won't be any fights. And the time for bribery is over as far as this is concerned. In any case, it is highly improbable that that the EC will be tied.
