I should preface this by pointing out that I am not implying this partnership isn't good news.
What I would point out is that terms of the deal were not disclosed, which may lead some to believe the deal is not all that impressive. This perhaps accounts for some of the muted reaction. I'll hold off further judgement either way until I see more.
