Comments on the mark... One more thing though,

I believe that if nothing else, tax loss selling is also at play. If the stock is not near its 52 week high, then people showing a loss may need to realize it before year end for tax purposes and that will only put more pressure on NoVatel. Looking at the chart , 8 seems awfully close now and that could even give way...
In and out , buy when it is cheaper, there is a boxing day every year so why pay through the nose ....
