One item that may not be looked at or given as much importance as it should is quality of management . Are they people who can and do get things done ? Cosigo has people who have their own or work in other businesses until the plan comes together . They have their wits about them for running a profitable company . The Mooney's run a drilling company in Canada . Joe Montgomery is on and has been on a lot of Boards . Dennis Millburn has raised a lot of $ for junior exploration companies and headed Cosigo as a private company before going public . Barry Holmes a Helicopter Pilot former base manager on Queen Charlotte Islands for BC Helicopters could go back into flying . This is just a scratch of the surface on this issue . These guys are winners with great team around them . Cheers !
