Lois: Like you, I've been a lurker for quite awhile and would like to thank all the contributors for the wealth of useful information they have made available to all of us. The lack of 'hype' and ego clashes so frequent elsewhere, makes this thread a pleasure to visit.

Today was the day I established my position and am looking forward to adding to it as the situation warrants it :)
