Alan, Has there been any mention as to who these companies are? Are they just everyday financing companies? I am still somewhat concerned because depending on how much they sold the shares into the market for, they could be looking ar loosing millions at this point. If the companies are not all that large themselves and don't have that kind of cash available, then GaBards comments might be closer to the truth than he realizes. Could the companies not complying cause a large time delay in retiring the 50 million shares? Litigation could hang things up indefinitely. If they don't comply, I wonder if they could just retire those shares without having to buy them back rendering them worthless and off the books? Sorry to ramble on. Just thinking out loud in hopes that someone might have some ideas. I also thank you for getting the info. Doug
