You see the Senate as obstructionists because by law they cannot produce their own budget bill.

I see the House as obstructionists because they produced a budget bill that they knew without a doubt would be DOA, yet they did it anyway. And then when the Senate told them to get real and come up with something closer to the middle, the House spent their time mucking around with social issues instead of making hard choices that could have moved the ball closer to where they wanted it to be, instead of being totally stuck in the mud.

Boehner will have the opportunity to craft a compromise that can pass the House with his moderates Reps and enough moderate Dems to clear it.

Or he can continue to be driven by the absolutists, which i believe will hasten the swing from Rep to Dem control of the House.
