Hey Gary: isn't this sale by DESHPANDE of 50,000 shares further proof that some of the big boys are selling before a merger? Didn't all the selling have to occur before Dec 1? And do you happen to know the total number of shares owned by DESHPANDE? BTW: thanks for all your keen insight and hard work on being the Sherlock Holmes of ASND mergermania. Watson would approve!
